I take over your computer remotely, and you watch while I fix your system. I usually keep you on the speakerphone as well so I don't have to type out all the things I'm doing. I also want you to learn how to repair many problems yourself. That's why I've been empowering Seniors to maintain their own systems at Elder College for over 8 years now.

Service Rates:

• Remote Housecall Computer Repairs
  $15 for 15 minutes, $30 for 30 minutes, etc. (equals $60 per hour)
  $60 per hour if computer is dropped off at our place (email Gord for instructions)
