EasyCleaner is a small program which searches your Windows' registry for entries that are pointing nowhere. Deleting these entries will speed your computer up. But as you already might know, deleting entries from registry can be dangerous for your computer, so it is wise to make a backup of your registry. On my own computers, deleting entries which were pointing nowhere, sped my computer up! EasyCleaner also lets you delete all kinds of unnecessary files like temps, backups etc. You can also search for duplicate files (dangerous - see notes below) and you can view some interesting info about your disk space usage! Starting with new version 2, deleting invalid shortcuts from the start-menu is possible as well. ToniArts (the Developer) or pcMedix Computers may not be held accountable in any way if EasyCleaner affects your computer in a negative way. Some of it's features:

NOTE WELL: 

From personal experience I recommend using Easy Cleaner 2 in the following order, and NOT using any of the other buttons. See the Screenshots for more information.

• Clear Files - may take a little while - wait for it to finish & click "ok" when done.

• Cookie Cleanup - may take a little while - wait for it to finish & click "ok" when done.

• History Cleanup - may take a little while - wait for it to finish & click "ok" when done.

• "MRU" (Most Recently Used) Cleanup - may take a little while - wait for it to finish & click "ok" when done.

• Registry Cleaner - scan & "delete all" safely.
